''Watashi no egaku good movie'' is a popular column series in Asahi Shinbun evening Newspaper. A person of great renown is interviewed and asked to draw the most impressive scene from the movie he/she selected.
Hiroko Koshino selected the film ‘’The Lady’’ about Ms. Aung San Suu kyi, the leader of the pro-democracy movement in Myanmar.This film is very memorable to Hiroko Koshino as she feels empathy towards the kind of problem-solving ability that is unique to women.
