Performance at the Nagauta Kinekatsukai National Competition
The 12th Nagauta Kinekatsukai National Competition will be held in the Kabukiza Theatre.
Hiroko Koshino is an accredited Nagauta performer who received the name of Kineya Katsuroku-jo.
At the national competition, in addition to performing “Kanjincho”, she will produce the stage background for the Kinekatsukai’s traditional Nagauta medley “Shokyokushu”. Famous Nagauta songs will be performed with the background of Sumi ink drawings she painted while taking inspiration from each song.
